How much does the delivery cost?

Delivery to Disney Hotels & Hotels inside the Disney area: $10.

For areas outside of Disney: $15. 

At what time will I receive my order?

Our delivery hours are between 6am to 8am.

Do you offer a pick-up service?

At the moment we do not offer pickup service

What time do you deliver breakfast boxes? Will I get I in time for breakfast?

Our delivery hours are between 6am to 8am, so if you want to consume your breakfast box in the morning, we recommend to schedule your delivery for the night before. Make sure to note this at checkout.

Yes, please fill out the address during check out or contact us in advance to double check that your location is within our range of delivery. 

Do you deliver outside of Disney? 

Do I have to be present at the time of delivery?

Disney Hotels: No, all of the Disney Hotels receive orders at the front desk or bell services. They will hold your order until you contact them and coordinate a pick up.

Hotels outside of Disney: You need to check with the front desk of your hotel to see if they can hold perishable items and if you are required to be present during the time of delivery. If they don't. you will need to coordinate with us to drop off in between 8pm-10pm so that someone in your group can personally meet with our delivery driver to receive your order. 

How will I know if my order has been delivered?

We will send you a text message or an email with a photo indicating where we left your order. (If you are sending a gift or are a Travel Agent: Let your customer know you have a gift/order from them).

Do you deliver to the room?

No, for the safety of guests, all deliveries are made to the front desk, Bell Services or Luggage Assistance.

We will notify you by text message or email as soon as your order has been delivered.

IMPORTANT: If you are sending a gift or are a Travel Agent: You must inform your customer that they have a gift/order from you.

Do you guys deliver to the Disney parks, restaurants or Disney Springs? 

No we do not. 

Do you delivery to Universal Resorts or surrounding areas? 

No we do not. 

Is there a minimum required to place an order?

For Disney hotels/hotels inside of Disney, there is no minimum required for delivery. For hotels outside the Disney area, you need to place an order of at least $75. 

Do you offer products that are Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Egg free?

At the moment our kitchen is a home kitchen and we cannot promise no cross-contamination. 

What should I do if I have to cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible,

You have up to 2 days before the scheduled delivery date to cancel your order and be eligible for a refund.

 

Refund Amount:

If you cancel your order within the specified cancellation window, you will receive a refund amounting to 90% of the total order value. The remaining 10% will be retained to cover processing fees and administrative costs associated with order cancellation.

What is the best way to get in contact with you? 

Do you have discounts for Travel Agents?

Yes! Please go to our TA Discount page to fill out our from and receive your personalized discount code. 

I picked a delivery time upon checkout. Is that when I will receive my order?

Our order delivery time frame is between 6am-8am. You will get your order between that time but we can't guarantee when in that time frame you will receive your order. Your delivery time will depend on attentiveness at front desk, traffic, etc. The hour you chose is simply to lock in your delivery day. 

What is the Delilovers Club?

The Delilovers Club is a Loyalty & Rewards System designed by Deliada Home Bakery to reward our valued customers for their continued patronage and to enhance their shopping experience.

Who is eligible to join the Delilovers Club?

Membership in the Delilovers Club is open to individuals aged 18 and above. Employees of Deliada Home Bakery and their immediate family members are also eligible for membership but may be subject to specific restrictions.

How can I enroll in the Delilovers Club?

Customers can enroll in the Delilovers Club by signing up through our website.

How do I earn Treat Tokens?

Treat Tokens are earned on qualifying purchases at a rate of 1 Treat Token per $1 spent, unless otherwise specified during promotions. Treat Tokens may also be earned through specific activities such as referrals, social media engagement, and completing surveys.

How does the referral program work?

Members can earn additional rewards by referring new customers to Deliada Home Bakery. For each successful referral, both the referrer and the referred customer will receive $5 off their next purchase.

When do my Treat Tokens expire?

Treat Tokens are valid for 6 months from the date they are earned. All unredeemed Treat Tokens will expire on a rolling basis for customers who have not engaged in points activity for 6 months (180 days) or more.

How can I redeem my Treat Tokens?

Treat Tokens can be redeemed for discounts or other rewards as specified on the Deliada Home Bakery rewards catalog.

How can I manage my account?

Members are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date account information. Treat Tokens and rewards can only be accessed by the account holder through secure login credentials.

What happens if there is fraudulent activity or abuse of the Delilovers Club?

Any fraudulent activity or abuse of the Delilovers Club may result in the forfeiture of Treat Tokens and membership termination.

How can I terminate my membership?

Members can terminate their membership at any time by contacting customer service at hello@deliadahomebakery.com.

How does Deliada Home Bakery protect my privacy?

Deliada Home Bakery is committed to protecting members' privacy. Personal information collected for the Delilovers Club will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
